I am have made the payment but haven't received order confirmation yet

If you have made the payment but you haven't received the order confirmation. Don't worry! either we have received your order and your payment has been processed or in case the payment fails, you will receive the refund within 2-3 working days. Either way your money is safe.
How long will i take to receive the order?

Generally, the order will be processed the same day we receive it and you can expect the product to reach you within 3-5 working days.
Refund, Replacement & Warranty

Unfortunately, we don't offer refund but we do offer a 7 - day replacement in case you receive a damaged product. Our products come with a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. In case, you would like to claim damages under warranty, kindly contact our customer care via mail or WhatsApp. In case of receiving any damaged goods, kindly contact our customer care.
