All Hababy strollers are EN 1888 European Safety Certified and come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, logistics delays, or force majeure events. Hababy is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment through our logistics partner's website or by contacting our support team.
7-day return policy & 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Contact our support team via WhatsApp (available 24/7) or email at customercare@hababy.co.in with your order number, photos of the issue (for replacement), and a brief description. We will process your return or replacement within 48 hours of verification.
All Hababy strollers come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
To claim warranty, contact us with your order number and proof of purchase. Warranty repairs or replacements are at Hababy's sole discretion.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
